Individual Instruction
Though you're in class for yourself, you're not by yourself. Our instructors will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction available. You'll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going guidance from our instructors, as your skill level increases.
Safety
We understand that our clients are not training for a real kickboxing match. Most just want to have fun and get in the best shape of their lives. That’s why our kickboxing curriculum is geared mostly towards cardiovascular, aerobic, toning and fitness work, while also teaching the techniques necessary for self protection and ensuring they are performed in a proper manner. Gloves are required equipment for this class.
